As a professional show-jumper I have spent most of my life
around horses. I grew up living with ponies and competing
around Ireland and Britain. Upon leaving school I furthered my
career in show-jumping being lucky enough to travel the globe
competing internationally. On my travels I gained a lot of
knowledge and a greater understanding of the demands placed
upon the competition horse. I soon realised that a happy horse
is a competitive horse - if I were to get up in the morning
with a sore head, neck or back I would neither be capable nor
would I be in the correct frame of mind to compete. It is for
this very reason that I believe so strongly in the benefits of
Equine Massage Therapy.
